CHERYL CUTLIP- Executive Director, The Project Dance Foundation
Cheryl's calling to positively impact culture through the arts led her to produce dance performance events in major cities throughout the world including New York City, Sydney, Hong Kong, Toronto, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Manila. The events began after of 911 and draw more than 1000 dancers annually. They are designed to nurture dancers who desire to perform with integrity to inspire and offer free dance concerts to the public. Dance Spirit Magazine has named Project Dance one of the top ten dance events in New York City and this event has been given a proclamation from the City of New York. There is now an official "Project Dance Day" in NYC.
She also directs ATMOSPHERE, a company of Project Dance. This all volunteer dance company performs throughout New York City and offers local professional dancers opportunities to fellowship and perform with those who share a similar vision. She also co-produces a monthly urban variety show at the famed BBKings called Broadway Underground which highlights up and coming talent from New York City.
Cheryl enjoyed performing with the Radio City Rockettes for 15 years where her duties included dance captain; assistant choreographer and spokesperson for nationally televised appearances including one-on-one interviews with Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer, and Larry King. She was the co-choreographer for Kick Into Fitness (the official Rockette Workout Video); and choreographer for Christmas Across America promotional tours, The Yankee Penant Parade and The Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting Event. Other career credits include the Broadway National Tour of “Crazy For You”, European Tour of “42 nd Street”, and the Broadway benefit to the stars of “Mack and Mable”, starring Jerry Herman and Donna McKechnie. She is currently working with a jazz company called Walkerdance under the direction of Chet Walker.
Cheryl's most memorable speaking engagements include the Hillsong Worship Conference in Sydney, Australia, Dance Ad Deum’s Summer Intensive, Belhaven Universtiy, and the worldwide Project Dance events. Cheryl lives in midtown Manhattan with her husband Ron and their two children Ava (5) and Evan (18mos) where they attend Morning Star New York under the leadership of pastor, Ron and Lynette Lewis.

Lara was instrumental in Project Dance having their first event overseas. Lara is a professional performing artist and has worked in a wide spectrum of arts arenas from performance in dance and Theatre Company's to teaching, dancing, acting, speaking, presenting, choreographing, television/radio appearances and performing in events.
Her art's work has taken her on intensive travels throughout Australia and also internationally to places such as Beijing and Hong Kong China, South Africa, Dallas Texas, New York as well as San Francisco where she was in New Trails Dance Theatre. Lara has also danced in Israel for the First Company of The Feast of Tabernacles as a dancer and was chosen to work with the music Production Company 'Hosanna Integrity' where they filmed the album/DVD 'Jerusalem Arise'.
In the year 2000 Lara founded Southern Cross Dance www.southerncrossdance.com.au with a heart to mentor each dancer to their fullest potential. SCD is a Christian based dance studio has touched 1000's of dancer's lives over the 10+ years it has been running.
Lara holds a Bachelor in Creative Arts (BCA Dance), from Wesley Institute for Ministry & the Arts in Sydney NSW, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Dance and Drama) from Edith Cowan University in Perth WA and a Certificate II in Musical Theatre from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Her studies also include film and television and intensive singing training. Lara currently lives in London and is living the life of a 'triple threat' artist having recently performed in the London Tour cast of Aladdin and has performed in the Battersea Arts Centre and on The Battersea Barge on The River Thames in Musical Theatre.
She lives with her husband Andrew Pilcher who is a Physiotherapist and loves to work with artists to further their physical capabilities.

Katherine received her dance training in Memphis, TN under the direction of Pat Gillispie at Classical Ballet Memphis.
In 2002, Katherine joined Ad Deum Dance Company as an Apprentice and was promoted to Company Member later that year. While with Ad Deum, she performed works by Steve Rooks (formerly principal dancer with Martha Graham Company) and performed at Project Dance in New York City.
She then went on to dance with Ballet Magnificat! under the direction of Kathy Thibodeaux. Since moving to Atlanta in 2005, Katherine has continued to teach and dance throughout Atlanta area, including founding Refuge Dance Company (www.refugedance,org) and being the Event Coordinator for Project Dance Atlanta.
Katherine and her husband David have four children Elizabeth, Caleb, Madeleine, and Joshua.

Sam Sinns has been a part of Project Dance since the first New York event in 2002. He has performed in national tours of West Side Story and Beauty and the Beast as well as danced in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at the Radio City Music Hall. His regional theatre credits include Pittsburgh CLO, The Ordway, North Carolina Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Houston’s TUTS, and Gateway Playhouse. Sam currently resides in Orlando, FL where he performs in and is the dance captain for Finding Nemo, the Musical at Walt Disney World. At Disney he also can be seen as Johnny Ringo in The Hoop Dee Doo Revue, and as a Green Army Man in Block Party Bash. He has a beautiful wife, Amy, a wonderful little daughter, Emma, and is pursuing an MA Religion degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.

Angella Foster lives in the DC metro area where she recently earned her MFA in Dance Choreography from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is the founding Artistic Director of alight dance theater and the Director of Studio Dance Instruction at Greenbelt Community Center. She began her training at the Kentucky Repertory Dance Theater under the direction fo Sue Champion. Angella holds a B.A. in Dance Performance / Choreography from Hope College and participated in the Professional Training Program at the Merce Cunningham Dance Studio. She has performed the works of numerous choreographers including Steven Iannacone, Randall Flinn, Steve Rooks, Clay Taliaferro, Ed Tyler, Joe Poulson, Nejla Yatkin and Colleen Thomas. She has also danced with Ad Deum Dance Company in Houston, Texas. Her own choreography has been performed in New York City, Washington, D.C., Houston, Atlanta, and Moscow, Russia. Debra’s earliest training was from Ms. Erika Rappa and Ms. Deborah Rappa-Crisafulli. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet from Belhaven University, Jackson, Mississippi in 2004.
Throughout college Debra performed as a guest artist with The Dance Project, Phoenix Dance Theatre and apprenticed with Polarity Dance Theatre. Following college she danced as a soloist with Space Coast Ballet and then with Glory Dance.
In 2007 Debra married Tim Poole, the son of a missionary family to Tawian and Japan. The following year they founded Cornerstone Dance (www.cornerstonedance.org). She continues to serve as Artistic and Executive Director. Cornerstone has worked beside Living Stones, Inc and has recently teamed up with Morph Physical Theatre.
Debra’s dancing ministry has led her throughout the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines and Romania. She has helped facilitate ground-breaking arts outreach in China, with Angelina Lin. She also ministered in Guatemala with Arrows International and Israel with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem.
Debra fervently believes that dance is an effective creative outlet to share the gospel containing limitless possibilities and is excited to help bring Project Dance into Florida!

Jackie started taking Ballet classes when she was four, and got a distinction certificate in the Royal Academy of Dance Grade V Examination when she was 12. She then switched to Jazz & Hip Hop, and has been actively performing & choreographing in various shows, commercials and concerts in Hong Kong since she was 15.
In 2000, Jackie founded D.O.G.-Power (Dancers of God), a dance ministry that shares lives & positive messages to young people through Hip Hop dancing. The group has been invited to perform, teach & choreograph in numerous schools, churches & events, including the Global Day of Prayer (HK, 2006 – 2010), Call2All Conference (HK, 2009), Reinhard Bonnke Fire Conference (HK, 2008) and Hong Kong Franklin Graham Festival (2007).
In 2007, as the first dance crew from Asia, Jackie & D.O.G.-Power joined the Project Dance New York Event and brought it back to Hong Kong in the next year. With Jackie’s passion & experience in dancing, and her work as the ministry development officer in YMCA of Hong Kong, she is devoted to transform lives & society through the energetic movement of dance.
Jackie is also the director of the newly-formed hip hop crew, ToolBox, and one of leaders of Dancing Family, the first-ever fellowship for professional dancers & teachers in Hong Kong."

Randall Flinn is the founder/artistic director of Ad Deum Dance Company, a professional contemporary/modern dance company based in Houston, Texas which includes an apprentice and trainee program that has brought dancers to Houston from all across the world. Ad Deum has toured across the USA and throughout Europe and Asia receiving rave reviews for their compelling and dynamics choreographic works.
Randall began his own dance training in Houston over thirty years ago with Fosse dancer Glen Hunsucker, Houston Ballet Academy, Camille Long Hill who trained with Matt Mattox and Patsy Swayze (Patrick Swayze’s mother). His recent dance influences have come from studies and performances with The Jose Limon Company and Steve Rooks, former principal dancer with Martha Graham and Hope Boykin of Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre. Having spent many years in musical theatre touring with such productions as Jesus Christ Superstar and A Chorus Line, Randall returned to his foremost passion as a contemporary dancer and choreographer.
Randall serves on faculty as a modern/contemporary dance teacher for Houston Ballet, The Houston Met Dance Company and Revolve Dance Company.
He has served as guest artist and modern dance/jazz teacher for Guangdong Modern Dance Company in China under the invitation of Willy Tsao. He has also given master dance classes for City Contemporary Dance Co. in Hong Kong and worked for Hong Kong Ballet under the direction of Gary Trinder. He has appeared on national television in Hong Kong and interviewed for his choreographic work and artistic vision.
A great honor for Randall was being selected as a dance training coach and teacher for the international organization Cirque Du Soleil in their production of Alegria.
His choreography has been featured in the International Dance Salad Festival (1999) in Houston, Texas. His choreographic work has also been presented locally for Texas Weekend of Contemporary Dance at Miller Theatre, Dance Houston at The Hobby Center, Houston Choreographers at The JCC, and Big Range Dance Festival, Dance of Asian America, and Ad Deum Dance Company performances at Barnevelder Theatre.

Melvin is the Artistic director, chief Instructor, and choreographer of the Vibe Dance Studio, Manila, Philippines. Graduated with a major in Fine Arts from the University of Santo Tomas and serving actively in the"Talent InC" creative ministry of Victory Christian Fellowship, Manila. Venturing out not just to breathtaking performances ranging from hip hop, breakdance, jazz, gymnastics, creative writing; conducting dance classes and coaching dancers; high-quality costume designs; video productions, and a lot more. He has judge for international dance competitions held in Singapore and Malaysia as well as conducting workshops all over Asia. His dancers constantly embody that drive within them in every feat reflecting God's glory in all that they do. It is faith in Christ that helps them to interrogate their work with a heart full of fire and desire for the Lord to help them to bring out the fullest and keep them perform on par with excellent. Recently, he and his crew Team Vibe won a top wining Award & Championship for the 2008 World Streetdance Championship in Netherlands and the the Hip Hop Open and Solo Category for the Asia Pacific Dance Masters Competition 2007 in Malaysia.
